Mija Media is a full–service, family–oriented New Media Development and Web Design Studio led by David Christian Liedle. Bringing over 40 years of combined programming experience and several original open source projects to the table, our services are here to bring you the resources and relationships you need to grow.

It’s time to grow! MijaMedia.com is a sole proprietorship of David Christian Liedle in the great state of Arizona. With operations in Arizona, Georgia, and around the world, we integrate the skills and experience of our group of independent contractors, orchestrating our efforts to produce and deliver solid results.

The word “mija” is derived from two Spanish words: “mi” + “hija”, meaning “my daughter”. The word is used in Mexican Spanish as a term of endearment for a daughter, sister, girlfriend, etc. The word is pronounced “MEE-haw!”

David Christian Liedle

Lead Developer / Account Management

Programming passionately since 1988, David is primed and ready to help your project succeed. His strongest language is PHP, which he has used extensively on large projects since version 3. He is presently developing our NMOX Server software in PHP5, Java, Perl, Ruby, Python, C, and Smalltalk.

Stefan Kassai Liedle

Production Engineer

Stefan has experience in all aspects of web development, with a focus in user interface and site design. He is Mija Media’s resident graphics and video expert. When he’s not working, he enjoys hiking, running, and bicycling with his wife Judith.

John Burris

Tech Support / Hardware Guru / Custom Systems Engineer

John carefully selects components for custom–built computer systems, and can make even the inside of your machine look great and run cooler and faster than ever! He also does tech support, and creative graphics. John and his wife and two kids keep a Bearded Dragon named Drago, the star of Drago’s Dragons.

Nick Allgood

Networking / Connectivity Engineer
Certifications: CCNP, CCNA, SCSA

Nick is our Certified Cisco guru. He loves learning new programming languages and discussing their various philosophies. Nick also has over 7 years experience administering Unix based operating systems. He is finishing up his CCIP and has high hopes to obtain his CCIE. When he isn’t working, Nick enjoys woodworking and advancing his martial arts skills.

Jacob Benton Liedle

Media Producer / Operations

Always completely immersed in media production and design, Jacob is crazy about art in every form. He has over 6 years of experience working in the film industry producing a variety of different media, including behind-the-scenes documentary footage for PBS, TV commercials, web videos and DVDs. When he’s not pursuing DSLR Film making and photography, he’s likely playing the piano, singing, sketching, or scheming some evil plan.

Judith Liedle

Social Media Manager

Judith manages Mija Media’s social media presence, such as content monitoring for our Facebook profile, etc. She always brightens up our office with her smile, and makes amazing coffee drinks!
